Effect of (Sm, In) Doping on the Electrical and Thermal Properties of SbTe Microstructures.

Doped SbTe narrow-band-gap semiconductors have been attracting considerable attention for different electronic and thermoelectric applications. Trivalent samarium (Sm)- and indium (In)-doped SbTe microstructures have been synthesized by the economical solvothermal method. Powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) was used to verify the synthesis of single-phase doped and undoped SbTe and doping of Sm and In within the crystal lattice of SbTe.

MRI Features of Synchronous Masses in Known Breast Cancer Patients in Predicting Benign Versus Malignant Lesions: A Case Based Review at Tertiary Care Cancer Hospital.

Sara Rehman  The purpose of this study was to determine the diagnostic accuracy of breast magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in classifying incidental satellite masses in biopsy-proven breast cancer patients as benign or malignant masses and assessing its impact on surgical management of these patients. We also analyzed the incidence of MRI-detected lesions, which were thereafter assessed with second look ultrasound (US).  A retrospective study was performed on breast cancer patients presenting from August 01, 2016 to July 31, 2019, with satellite masses seen on base line MRI.

Meningococcaemia In Children-An Under Recognized Public Health Problem In Pakistan.

Background: Meningococcaemia is a serious bacterial disease caused by Neisseria meningitidis resulting in septicaemia and meningitis in previously well individuals and is associated with serious consequences including mortality. Imaging features of primary breast sarcoma: A case report.

Primary breast sarcoma (PBS) is a rare group of non-epithelial tumours arising from connective tissue of the breast. We report the case of a 55-year-old female who presented with rapidly increasing mass in the left breast. The mammogram showed a large high density mass occupying the whole of the left breast, while Doppler ultrasound showed a mass of increased vascularity.

Results of earlier multiple object tracking (MOT) studies imply that humans can track several moving targets in a 2D environment simultaneously. Recently, a study suggested that stereoscopic depth has positive effect on tracking multiple objects when the objects are presented separately on multiple planes. Primary epiploic appendagitis: 3 case reports.

Acute Epiploic Appendagitis is a rare self limiting disease that represents ischaemic infarction of an epiploic appendix. It is usually discovered incidentally on imaging of abdomen done for other causes of acute abdominal pain. Background: Acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) can be caused by a number of conditions. A common preventable cause is poliomyelitis which is still being reported in Pakistan, Guillain Barre Syndrome (GBS), also known as Acute Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy, is another common cause of acute flaccid paralysis. It is important to recognize GBS in childhood as parents consider all acute flaccid paralysis to be due to poliomyelitis.
