Carcinosarcoma masquerading as giant cystic hematomasurekha.

Carcinoarcoma of breast is rare tumor with aggressive behaviour and poor prognosis. Histologically it is biphasic tumor with epithelial and mesenchymal component. Very few cases of carcinosarcoma, its presentation and behaviour have been reported in the literature, and due to its bizarre behaviour it is a diagnostic challenge to pathologist and clinicians.
