- Experimental groups were created using various combinations of CH, CHX, and PPI, followed by analysis of their effects on the pathogen using spectrophotometry.
- The results indicated that the combination of CH, CHX, and a lower concentration of PPI (6.25 μg/ml) had the highest inhibitory effect on the pathogen, while the lowest effectiveness was noted in a group with only CH and PPI.
