Introduction: In Vietnam, the prevalence of hypertension is increasing rapidly. Patients need to be conscious of the disease for timely prevention and treatment. The Hypertension Knowledge Level Scale (HK-LS) is commonly used to assess knowledge about hypertension.

Effectiveness of clinical pharmacist intervention on medication adherence in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease - A randomized controlled study.

Objectives: In patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), non-adherence remains challenging to achieve optimal disease control. Our study aimed to determine the impact of pharmacist-led educational interventions on COPD management, focusing mainly on medication adherence.

Methods: We conducted a 1-month open-labeled, randomized, controlled study at Ba Ria Hospital, Vietnam.
