Relationship agreements are important for HIV prevention among gay and bisexual men (GBM) in relationships, with research earlier in the HIV epidemic often finding that agreements specified monogamy or condom use with casual partners. There is evidence that HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) has shifted sexual practices among some men in relationships, such as allowing condomless sex with casual partners, but there has been little attention paid to relationship agreements among GBM who use PrEP. In this paper, we analyzed national, Australian, cross-sectional data from an online survey completed by non-HIV-positive GBM in 2021 (N = 1,185).

Individual level peer interventions for gay and bisexual men who have sex with men between 2000 and 2020: A scoping review.

Background: Peer-led interventions are central to the global HIV response for gay and bisexual men who have sex with men [GBMSM]. Since the year 2000, technological advancements in HIV and an increased response to the health disparities faced by GBMSM outside of HIV, have contributed to the expanding scope of their content and delivery. This review sets out to characterise the evidence base for individual level peer interventions for GBMSM, overview approaches to implementing and evaluating them and identify future priorities for their delivery and evaluation.

Background: In this article we share our experience of creating a digital pathology (DP) supraregional germ cell tumour service, including full digitisation of the central laboratory.

Methods: DP infrastructure (Philips) was deployed across our hospital network to allow full central digitisation with partial digitisation of two peripheral sites in the supraregional testis germ cell tumour network. We used a survey-based approach to capture the quantitative and qualitative experiences of the multidisciplinary teams involved.

"Masson's pseudoangiosarcoma" in a popliteal aneurysm: tumor or thrombus? Cause or effect?

A 44-year-old male presented to our vascular surgery unit with a partially thrombosed 22 mm popliteal aneurysm giving rise to progressive distal ischemia. Microscopy of embolus retrieved from the posterior tibial artery at bypass surgery revealed the unexpected finding of intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia (Masson's pseudoangiosarcoma).

Parotid pleomorphic adenoma with solitary renal metastasis.

We present a rare case of renal metastasis of a recurrent pleomorphic adenoma of the parotid gland in an elderly woman. Metastasising pleomorphic adenoma shows malignant clinical behaviour, and although it appears histologically benign, there may be unknown molecular features that determine its unusual ability to spread.
