Background: Prior work has identified intraoperative and postoperative coping strategies among surgeons and has demonstrated surgical errors to have a significant impact on patient outcomes and physicians. Little research has considered which coping strategies are most common among surgeons and if there exist coping strategy differences among sex or training level.

Methods: An electronic survey was distributed to surgical faculty and trainees at 3 institutions.

All-Suture Anchor Dynamic Anterior Stabilization Produced Successful Healing of the Biceps Tendon: A Report of 3 Cases.

Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is one of the most frequent causes of mortality in the western world. v-raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B (BRAF) is a member of the Raf kinase family and plays a critical role in cellular growth, proliferation, and differentiation through the mitogen-activated protein kinase pathway. The incidence of BRAF mutations in NSCLC is low, accounting for 0-3% of all cases of lung cancer.

Photodynamic therapy (PDT) in non-surgical treatment of periodontitis.

Periodontitis represents a major problem for patients, since it is not possible to eliminate the bacteria that are responsible for this pathology with a pharmacological treatment. The present study included forty-four patients with periodontitis, who had undergone disinfection via photodynamic therapy (PDT) using a laser source having a 635 nm wavelength associated with a photoactivable substance (methylene blue).
