Chilean Rhubarb, (Molina) Mirb. (Gunneraceae): UHPLC-ESI-Orbitrap-MS Profiling of Aqueous Extract and its Anti- Activity.

The full UHPLC-MS metabolome fingerprinting and anti- effect of (Molina) Mirb. (Nalca) total extract (GTE) and fractions prepared from its edible fresh petioles were evaluated.
