The chemical composition of crude extracts flowers, leaves, and seeds was obtained by UHPLC-ESI/qTOF and GC/MS. The antiproliferative activity was evaluated against the human tumour cell lines AGS (gastric), CaCo-2 (colorectal), MCF-7 (breast), and NCI-H460 (lung). The anti-inflammatory and cellular antioxidant activities were also studied.

Bioactive compounds extracted from plants such as antimicrobials have attracted the attention of consumers and the food industry. This study aimed to determine the antimicrobial activity and chemical composition of leaf oleoresin obtained by supercritical CO extraction. The oleoresin was obtained by supercritical CO extraction and the chemical identification by gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry.
