Purpose: Obstructive Sleep Apnea-Hypopnea Syndrome (OSAHS) is a condition characterised by periodic cessation of breathing during sleep, associated with Upper Air-Digestive Ways (UADW) morphologic abnormalities that can be detected, in awake patients, by using various imaging techniques.
