Pyridazinone analogues have been known to be potential candidates for anticonvulsant agents. We have identified several pyridazinone-based anticonvulsant agents. As a continuation to our previous research, a series of hybrid pyridazinone-thiazole connected through amide linkage were designed and synthesized.
