Resection and radiofrequency ablation of multiple liver adenomas secondary to anti-conceptive pills.

A case of multiple hepatic adenomas associated with birth control pills in a 25-year-old female is presented. Her only complaint was abdominal pain, and an elevated alkaline phosphatase was the only laboratory abnormality. The largest adenoma was located in the caudate lobe and was resected.
