LEGAL ENFORCEMENT OF STATE AID CONTROL IN THE FIELD OF HEALTHCARE: EXPERIENCE OF UKRAINE IN THE CONTEXT OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION.

Objective: The aim: The purpose of this article is to concretize the directions of improving legal support of control over the state aid in the field of health care.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The study analyzed the sources of the European Union law and legislative acts of Ukraine on the provision of state aid to business entities, relevant materials of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, including more than 20 decisions taken by this body based on the notification review results of the state aid provision in the field of health care. The methodological basis of the research consists of general and special methods of scientific research, in particular, dialectical, analytical-synthetic, system-structural, formal-logical, comparative legal methods.

, , Legal security of agricultural products as a condition public health system's development.

Objective: Introduction: WHO (World Health Organization) considers food safety as one of the priorities of public health, therefore, it is important to comply with the safety parameters of agricultural products of both food and raw materials for their production. However, practice analysis shows that in order to achieve safety of agricultural products, in particular in Ukraine, it is necessary to resolve some issues associated with its legal support. The aim:of the study is to analyze the state of legal security support for agricultural products as a mandatory component of Public Health system and justify the directions of its improvement.
