Cucurbit[7]uril (CB[7]) is a molecular container that may form host-guest complexes with platinum(II) anticancer drugs and modulate their efficacy and safety. In this paper, we report our studies of the effect of CB[7]-oxaliplatin complex and the mixture of CB[7] and carboplatin (1:1) on viability and proliferation of a primary cell culture (peripheral blood mononuclear cells), two tumor cell lines (B16 and K562) and their activity in the animal model of melanoma. At the same time, we studied the impact of platinum (II) drugs with CB[7] on T cells and B cells in vitro.

Expediency of operative intervention was substantiated by pathogenic form of affection, its depth and diffusion, composition of microorganisms in purulent-necrotic focus. Performance of more extensive surgical treatment or distal amputation of foot with consequent closure of vast wound defect using full-layer subcutaneous-cutaneous flap with protracted selective intra-arterial anti-aggregate and antibacterial therapy was indicated in order to preserve the lower extremity supporting function and for prophylaxis of diffusion of purulent-necrotic affection.

The highest effect was recordable in those patients with functional pathology of the intestinal tract who experienced increased frequency of their stools and alleviation of clinical manifestations of the illness to the greatest degree. In patients with decompensated cirrhosis normalization of stool was accompanied by a significant improvement in general condition and what is more, clinical manifestations of portal-systemic encephalopathy tended to be less pronounced.

The major part can be subdivided into 3 groups with middle, good and high tolerance to rerespiration, having 1/3 of pilots under 30 years old a high tolerance to test.

All the patients had the syndrome of endogenic intoxication and underwent intensive resuscitation with protease inhibitors, cytostatic agents, antibacterial, desensitization and detoxication treatment. If indicated, the patients with pronounced endogenic intoxication were subjected to forced diuresis, abdominal laparoscopic drainage and intraperitoneal dialysis, drainage of the thoracic lymphatic duct, hemosorption.

It is shown that a 1.5-h exposure to noise and vibration increases tolerance to rerespiration, suggesting a stimulatory effect.

The given method permitted to improve the results of treatment, as it was witnessed by rapid decrease in intoxication, normalization of clinical and laboratory indices. The lethality reduced by 1.

A certain change was seen 1-2 min before termination of the test due to acute respiratory failure. This change included an increase in the minute respiration volume above 40 1/min and its relative increment by 10 1/min or over when compared to the preceding minute.
