Postaugmentation galactocele: a case report and review of literature.

Galactorrhea and galactoceles are relatively uncommon complications after breast augmentation surgery, but should be considered in the differential of an enlarged breast. We present a case of a 34-year-old woman who had a remote history of bilateral breast augmentation and developed a unilateral galactocele while breast-feeding. She subsequently underwent an incision and drainage, as well as medical management with bromocriptine.
