Routine genetic profiling of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) at initial diagnosis has allowed subgroup specific prognostication, drug development, and clinical management strategies. The optimal approach for treatment response assessment for AML subgroups has not yet however been determined. A nationwide cohort of 257 adult patients in first remission (CR1) from AML associated with an IDH2 mutation (IDH2m) undergoing allogeneic transplant during the period 2013-2019 in the United States had rates of relapse and survival three years after transplantation of 24% and 71%, respectively.

Math development in children relies on several underlying cognitive functions, including executive functions (EF), working memory (WM), and visual-motor abilities, such as visual-motor integration (VMI). Understanding how these cognitive factors contribute to children's math performance is critical to supporting math learning and long-term math success. The present quasi-experimental waitlist control study ( = 28) aimed to (a) examine the unique contributions of EF, WM, and VMI to math abilities among children ages 5-8 years old with neurodevelopmental difficulties; (b) determine whether a math intervention (the Mathematics Interactive Learning Experience; MILE) that supports these cognitive processes was effective when modified to be delivered to small groups in a school setting, and (c) examine whether any participant characteristics, such as age or IQ, were correlated with post-intervention math score changes.

We have synthesized single crystals of a highly stable Ag nanocluster protected by six ligands of diphenyl-2-phosphinic pyridine (DPPY) plus six ligands of phenylacetylene (PhCC). This Ag(DPPY)(PhCC) cluster bears a triangular superatomic Ag core, with the vertex and edge Ag atoms (quasi-triangle Ag) being protected by both P and N bidentate coordination of the six DPPY ligands; meanwhile, the six PhCC ligands μ-C coordination form coordination on the two central Ag atoms capped on both sides of the triangle facet. Apart from the well-organized coordination of the two ligands pertaining to the balanced interactions with the Ag core, this Ag nanocluster exhibits superatomic stability with two delocalized valence electrons (1S||1P), assuming that the six PhCC ligands fix 6 localized electrons from the Ag atoms.

We have synthesized single crystals of a highly stable Cu-doped undeca-gold cluster protected by both triphenylphosphine (PPh3) and 2-pyridinethiol (-SPy) ligands, formulated as [Au11Cu1(PPh3)7(SPy)3]+. This cluster (Au11Cu1 NCs for short) has a metallic core of C3v Au@Au10 with the Cu atom capped on one of the nine triangular facets and it is triply-coordinated to three N atoms of the SPy ligands of which the sulfur atom simultaneously binds to three adjacent Au atoms via singly-coordinated S-Au bonds, respectively. The other seven gold atoms form a crown structure by a link of three orthogons with common sides and are protected by seven PPh3 ligands.

We report the single-crystal synthesis of a chlorine-centered bimetallic cluster, Cl@Ag Au (4-TBBT) (PPh ), which bears a quatrefoil-structured Cl@Ag (SR) core studded by six Au(SR) staples showing a quasi T symmetry. This cluster bears 28 metal atoms and 28 ligands, with a chlorine atom hosted in the center of the metallic Ag Au core. Single-crystal analysis shows that this cluster possesses essentially a different bonding nature compared with other monolayer-protected metal clusters (MPCs) or traditional metal-sulfur complexes.
