We described a rare presentation of papillary thyroid cancer metastasized to left finger. This case highlights the importance of an early and effective engagement of multidisciplinary team approach to optimize patient care and that papillary thyroid cancer can occasionally pursue an aggressive, lethal course.

Methods: In this challenging case, the diagnostic studies included the detection of total/free testosterone, hemoglobin, and estradiol levels; adrenal computed tomography; and pelvic magnetic resonance imaging.

Glucagonoma are rare neuroendocrine tumors arising in the Langerhans islets of the pancreas. We report a patient with glucagonoma differentiation into a malignant form after 13 years. A 63-year-old asymptomatic man was evaluated for an enhancing lesion at the distal pancreas.

Cytologic diagnosis of tumoral calcinosis: a case report.

A 55-year-old male with end-stage renal disease on hemodialysis presented with neck pain of 1 year's duration. A computed tomography (CT) scan was performed as part of his workup, and a posterior cervical neck mass was detected. CT-guided fine needle aspiration was performed with an immediate cytologic interpretation of tumoral calcinosis.
