Introduction: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third most incident and the second most lethal malignant tumor. Despite the recognized association between obesity and CRC, further clarification is necessary regarding the lipids that are overexpressed during the development of CRC. This systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials tested the effects of home-based, supervised, or mixed exercise interventions on the functional capacity (FC) and quality of life (QoL) in colorectal cancer patients.
