Analysis of bacterial clone libraries revealed a predominance of Bacteroidetes (34% of total clones) and Chloroflexi (27%) at the mesophilic temperature. In contrast, in the thermophilic clone library, the major group of clones were affiliated with Thermotogae (61%).
