The role of digital mobile technology in elderly health management among health care workers in Indonesia: Analysis of knowledge, attitudes, and practice.

Background: Technology, including information and communication technology (ICT), plays a significant role in the quality of health services. However, its application in elderly health services is still lacking. The aim of this study was to determine the knowledge of, attitudes toward, and practices of cell phone and mobile application use for elderly health care among Indonesian health care workers.

Unusual presentations of a severe type 2 leprosy reaction mimicking sepsis induced by helminth infection.

We describe an unusual case of type 2 leprosy reaction (T2R) with septic shock-like features induced by helminth infection in a 31-year-old Moluccan male patient with a history of completed treatment of WHO multidrug therapy (MDT)-multibacillary (MB) regimen 2 years before admission. During the course of illness, the patient had numerous complications, including septic shock, anemia, and disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC). Nevertheless, antibiotic therapies failed to give significant results, and the source of infection could not be identified.

The Role of Fragmented QRS (fQRS) As A Predictor of Major Adverse Cardiac Event within 30 days in Acute Coronary Syndrome Patients: A Retrospective Cohort Study.

Background: some studies show fragmanted QRS (fQRS) as a marker of myocardial scar, ventricular arrhythmia, ventricular remodelling and worse coronary collaterals flow, which can increase the incidence of major adverse cardiac event (MACE) after infarction. This study aimed to identify the role of fQRS as one of the risk factors for MACE (cardiac death and reinfarction) in acute coronary syndrome patients within 30 days observation.

Methods: a cohort retrospective study was conducted using secondary data of acute coronary syndrome patients at Intensive Cardiac Care Unit Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital from July 2015 to October 2017.
