Offering high-quality care is a shared goal among all health systems. Unfortunately, the prevalence of nurse burnout jeopardizes the quality of care, patient safety, and staff well-being, thereby creating a serious practice concern. This article aims to discuss how the Conservation of Resources (COR) theory can assist in examining the link between burnout and the quality of care service.

Methods: Medical records of patients presented with complaints of dizziness or vertigo to the ED of a tertiary university hospital and underwent head CT scans from July 2015 to June 2018 were reviewed. The patients' demographic information, presenting symptoms, and final head CT scan and Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) results were collected.
