Huge Antrochoanal Polyp: A Case Report.

Antrochoanal polyps are benign lesions arising from the maxillary sinus mucosa. The most common patient complaint is unilateral nasal obstruction. Nasal endoscopy and computed tomography are the gold standard modalities for diagnosis.
