Novel neural network classification of maternal fetal ultrasound planes through optimized feature selection.

Ultrasound (US) imaging is an essential diagnostic technique in prenatal care, enabling enhanced surveillance of fetal growth and development. Fetal ultrasonography standard planes are crucial for evaluating fetal development parameters and detecting abnormalities. Real-time imaging, low cost, non-invasiveness, and accessibility make US imaging indispensable in clinical practice.

Idiopathic intracranial hypertension associated with anaemia, secondary to antiretroviral drug in a human immunodeficiency virus positive patient.

Papilledema in a patient with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)/acquired immune deficiency syndrome is an alarming finding. Any condition giving rise to raised intracranial tension (ICT) can cause papilledema, and in these patients, it could be secondary to opportunistic infections like meningitis to neoplasm. We report a case of a 28-year old female with HIV on antiretroviral therapy, who presented to us, with papilledema.

Internal ophthalmoplegia after retinal laser photocoagulation.

Aim: To report the clinical presentation and course of internal ophthalmoplegia after retinal laser photocoagulation in three patients.

Methods: We report three cases in which internal ophthalmoplegia occurred after retinal laser photocoagulation. All patients underwent detailed clinical examination and anterior segment and fundus photography.
