Oral verruciform xanthoma (OVX) is a rare entity, and only a handful of cases have been reported in the literature to date. This innocent-looking lesion can mimic any benign epithelial or connective tissue origin neoplasm. It can present with variations in surface color and texture.

However, restorations often fail due to various causes such as secondary caries and reduced microtensile bond strength (μTBS), which calls for the use of antimicrobial agents such as silver diamine fluoride (SDF).
Aim: This study aims to measure and analyse the effect of SDF application on the μTBS of three regularly used restorative materials to dentin of primary teeth as well as compare the types of bond failure interfaces under SEM.
Introduction: In forensic science, the determination of age plays a vital role in the identification of bodies and persons associated with crimes. Teeth are frequently better conserved than any other human remains, so their use for identifying age at death is vital. The root portion of the teeth is covered by a thin calcified layer called cementum, the annulations of which is considered to be helpful in age estimation.

Materials And Methods: Thirty-six extracted human single-rooted teeth were prepared using ProTaper Universal rotary files (DentsplyMaillefer, Ballaigues, Switzerland) up to size F5. The root canals were filled with TAP, and after 21 days, roots were randomly assigned to three groups ( = 10) according to irrigation regimens used: CB, EA, and PUI.
Aims And Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate the expression of p53 protein and Ki-67 antigen in normal oral mucosa and oral leukoplakia with different grades of dysplasia using immunohistochemistry and to clarify the correlation of the expression of these cell cycle regulatory proteins.
Materials And Methods: A total of 20 archival tissue blocks obtained from our department which were diagnosed as mild ( = 5), moderate ( = 5), and severe dysplasia ( = 5) with normal mucosa ( = 5) as a control. Positivity of Ki-67 and p53 was analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (IBM Corp.
Introduction: Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) accounts 94% of all malignant lesions in the oral cavity. In the assessment of OSCC, nowadays the WHO grading system has been followed widely but due to its subjectivity, investigators applied the sophisticated technique of computer-assisted image analysis in the grading of carcinoma in larynx, lungs, esophagus, and cervix to make it more objective.
Aims And Objectives: Access, analyze, and compare the cellular area (CA); cytoplasmic area (Cyt A); nuclear area (NA); nuclear perimeter (NP); nuclear form factor (NF); and nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio (N/C) of the cells in different grades of OSCC.
Objectives. The present study was done to evaluate birefringence pattern of collagen fibres in different grades of oral squamous cell carcinoma using Picrosirius red stain and polarization microscopy and to determine if there is a change in collagen fibres between different grades of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Materials and Methods.
