[Ageism in the doctor-patient relationship].

The presented work examines the problem of ageism in the doctor-patient relationship, as well as the impact of this discrimination on the quality of medical care and the psychological state of patients. Ageism is defined as bias or discrimination based on age, which can manifest itself in various forms, including underestimation of symptoms in older patients and negative stereotypes towards younger patients. The text emphasizes that ageism violates trust between a doctor and a patient, which leads to a deterioration in communication, a decrease in the quality of diagnosis and treatment, as well as to the rejection of medical recommendations by patients.

The article considers issues of potential of public organizations to develop conditions for healthy aging in order to ensure sustainable development of Russian regions differing in their socio-economic, socio-cultural and demographic characteristics. The article discusses the problems of health keeping of modern Russian youth under the digitalization. Paying attention to the negative dynamics in the health of young Russians, the authors point out to form and promote a culture of health keeping among the younger generation. Currently, the Eurasian Economic Union regulates all stages of the circulation of medicines, including their development, preclinical research, clinical trials, industrial production, pharmacy manufacture, sale, storage, transportation, medical use, return to the manufacturer or supplier and destruction. Legal regulation of medicines in the EEU is carried out at several levels: at the level of the legislation of the EEU and at the level of the national legislation of each of the member states.
