Objective: This study aimed to describe the clinical characteristics and the different phenotypes of children with multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children (MIS-C) temporally related to COVID-19 and to evaluate the risk conditions that favored a greater severity of the disease during a 12-month period at a pediatric reference hospital in Colombia.
Methods: A 12-month retrospective observational study of children under the age of 18 years who met criteria for MIS-C.
Results: A total of 28 children presented MIS-C criteria.
This study aimed to determine the association between venous-arterial CO difference (Pv-aCO) and clinical outcomes of interest in children with severe sepsis and septic shock. An analytical observational study of a prospective cohort was conducted. The study was carried out from January 2015 to January 2018 in the pediatric intensive care unit of a referral hospital.

A descriptive retrospective study was performed. All catheterizations performed within 6 weeks after congenital heart surgery between January 2004 and December 2014 were reviewed.
