Patients with rhupus characteristically exhibit symmetric polyarthritis and clinical manifestations suggestive of systemic lupus erythematosus (malar rash, photosensitivity, hematological manifestations, serositis, and/or skin involvement) and positive anti-dsDNA. Treatment is unclear and it can include disease-modifying rheumatic drugs like hydroxyl chloroquine, or methotrexate or, in refractory cases, rituximab or abatacept. We report a case of 31-year-old female who present with rhupus with skin acute lesions treated with belimumab.

We present a case report of a patient with epidermal inclusion cyst as a late complication of female genital mutilation (FGM). We describe the management of the patient, and a review of the literature. We report the clinical and pathological findings in a 37-year-old female patient from Nigeria, with a clitoral mass of 1 year duration.
