Objectives: Fanconi anemia (FA) is a genetic disease characterized by a chromosomal instability that develops a progressive pancitopenia, leukemia, and/or solid tumors. Nevertheless, it is unknown if this illness induces changes on the salivary gland parenchyma and function.
