Anti-inflammatory and wound healing effect of Copaiba oleoresin on the oral cavity: A systematic review.

Copaiba oleoresin has been related to properties including healing and anti-inflammatory effects, making it a potential candidate to treat oral lesions. We aimed to define the benefits related to the anti-inflammatory and healing capacity of Copaiba-based formulations on the oral cavity. This is a systematic review, conducted in PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, Embase, Scielo, Cochrane Library, BVS, and Google Scholar databases selecting full articles in English, Portuguese, or Spanish, until March 3, 2021.
