Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT) is a rare benign lesion of unknown etiology reported in numerous anatomic sites. Hepatic IMT is rare. It is composed of a dominant spindle cell proliferation with a variable inflammatory component that has unique histological appearance.
