An outbreak of novel coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) was reported in Wuhan, China, in December 2019, which was later declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) in March 2020. It is a life-threatening contagious infection with infected patients usually presenting with respiratory tract symptoms, although the disease can affect other multiple organs. Coronavirus disease-2019 infection is a hypercoagulable state associated with serious thrombotic complications, particularly in critically ill patients.

Congenital high airway obstruction syndrome (CHAOS) is complete or partial obstruction of the fetal upper airway. CHAOS is a rare and fatal condition if no perinatal intervention is done. Antenatal sonographic imaging has typical findings that can help in an early diagnosis, which is important in deciding elective termination of the pregnancy or successful planning of appropriate perinatal management.

Objective: To determine the statistics for age, distributions of the type of mammography, ultrasonic evaluation, laterality, assessment category, risk factors, and financial status, amongst females undergoing mammography.

Methods: A descriptive review of consecutive records of women undergoing mammography during Janurary and February 2005 at a tertiary care cancer facility, the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Center in Lahore, Pakistan.

Results: Of a total of 87 patients, only 12 had attended the hospital for mammographic screening.
