Despite increasing interest in re-creating the natural biomechanics and native knee anatomy when performing medial patellar soft-tissue reconstructive procedures, there is no consensus among surgeons regarding the best techniques to use when reconstructing the medial patellofemoral ligament and medial quadriceps tendon-femoral ligament. This article details a method to reconstruct the medial patellofemoral ligament and medial quadriceps tendon-femoral ligament using a single graft and a single all-suture knotless anchor on the patella.

Background: Resilience is a psychometric parameter defined as one's ability to recover or bounce back from stressful events and has been shown to correlate with better outcomes following multiple orthopedic procedures. The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between resiliency, as measured using the Brief Resiliency Scale (BRS) and various knee outcome scores, including the International Knee Documentation Committee (IKDC), Lysholm, Single Assessment Numeric Evaluation (SANE), and Return to Work, following isolated partial meniscectomy.
Methods: One hundred patients who had undergone an isolated partial meniscectomy during a 3-year period at a single institution were successfully recruited to participate in the study.
Introduction: Actigraphy is a quantitative means of measuring activity data that has proven viable in post-surgery recovery analysis for arthroplasties in lower extremities, but scant literature has been published on the utilization actigraphy to evaluate shoulder motion and function before and after shoulder arthroplasty. The purpose of this prospective cohort study is to identify if actigraphy can serve as a valid means for objective evaluation of shoulder function and motion before and after shoulder arthroplasty. Secondarily, the data collected by the actigraphy can be analyzed with standard patient-reported outcomes to report correlations between the subjective and objective methods used in this study.

Historically, screw fixation is used to secure the coracoid graft to the anterior glenoid surface; however, malpositioning of the graft leads to oblique screw insertion that contributes to complications. Materials And Methods: Pubmed, Google Scholar and Embase were searched for studies reporting load-to-failure measurements of BTB allografts following gamma or eBeam irradiation. All systematic reviews, editorials, as well as studies that utilized animal models and/or other graft sources (achilles, hamstring, quadriceps) were excluded.
Background: Glenohumeral dislocations often lead to glenoid bone loss and recurrent instability, warranting bony augmentation. While numerous biomechanical studies have investigated fixation methods to secure a graft to the glenoid, a review of available constructs has yet to be performed.
Purpose: To synthesize the literature and compare the biomechanics of screw and suture button constructs for anterior glenoid bony augmentation.

Introduction Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries are common among American football athletes, although few studies have performed video analyses of ACL injuries to better understand the injury mechanism. This work aims to characterize the mechanism of ACL injury during professional football competitions using video analysis.
