This research proposes an innovative design of a new cyclone mixer for the quality of polymer materials, and it presents a systematic optimization model of process parameters for plastic injection molding. Thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were used to determine the appropriate thermal properties of processing in order to select appropriate control factors and level values for a Taguchi orthogonal array. The injection molding machine was used to make sample test pieces for tensile strength, hardness and impact strength.
