Objective: To evaluate the possibility of using the method of sentinel lymph nodes (SLN) detection with indocyanine green (ICG) in patients with early breast cancer and its informativeness.
Material And Methods: A «Determination of sentinel lymph nodes by fluorescence method intraoperatively with the use of indocyanine green» study, in which 168 patients are currently included, is being conducted in the clinic of the N.N.

In male electrical staff exposed to electromagnetic fields (EMF) of 50 Hz and chemicals, according to data of periodic medical examinations there was revealed statistically higher incidence of cardiovascular diseases and autonomic disorders. The obtained preliminary results allow to suggest the upsurge of the involvement of the autonomic nervous system in response to the combined effects of EMF of 50 Hz and chemicals.

A hundred thirty eight patients with pulmonary sarcoidosis were examined for the status of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems. There is a trend for external respiratory parameters to decrease as the X-ray stage increases (by 30-50% in Stage IV). The revealed cardiovascular changes in patients with different X-ray stages did not differ significantly and there was no clear correlation with the activity of a process and external respiratory parameters.

The activation or inhibition of the activity of various hormone subsystems depending on the phase of the ulcerative process was shown in experiments on rats with adrenal ulcers. The early (catabolic) phase of the ulcerative process develops against the background of the pituitary-adrenal system pituitary-adrenal with an increase of the outlet of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and glucocorticoids. In the early period of ulcer formation a suppression of the gonadotropic system activity was observed with an abrupt decrease of the level of sex hormones, especially estradiol, during the whole period of adrenal ulcers existence.

Material And Methods: 142 pneumonia patients were randomly divided into two groups: 96 patients treated with drugs and laser radiation (the study group) and 46 patients treated with drugs only (control group).
Results: In the study group there was more pronounced reduction in cell membrane permeability, a rise in concentrations of iron and chromium in the blood serum, improvement of microcirculation.
The impact of laser therapy in the multimodality treatment for pneumonia on the serum levels of trace elements and microcirculation was studied. A total of 105 patients with pneumonia were examined. The patients were divided into 2 groups: 1) 68 patients received laser therapy and 2) 37 patients took drug therapy alone.
