Background: In patients with cerebral palsy (CP), spastic hip is a prevalent complication. Various surgical approaches,, including pelvic osteotomy (PO), femoral osteotomy (FO), combined femoral and pelvic osteotomy (CFPO), and soft tissue surgery (STS), have been used to address this problem.
