Aim: This study assessed the correlation between corneal biomechanical properties measured with Corvis ST (CST) and retinal nerve fiber layer thickness profile, anterior lamina cribrosa surface depth, and other optic nerve head parameters in healthy Saudi females.
Methods: This study included 62 eyes (only right eyes) of 62 healthy Saudi females aged from 20 to 39 yrs. A complete ophthalmologic assessment was performed for all participants.

Aim: To compare the corneal backward light scattering values in type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) patients with those of age and sex-matched healthy controls.
Methods: The study included 30 patients (30 eyes) with type 2 DM and 30 control subjects (30 eyes). Duration of diabetes, most recent hemoglobin A1c levels, along with the status of diabetic retinopathy, and existing medical treatment of all subjects were recorded.
Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of long-term use of rigid gas-permeable (RGP) contact lenses on corneal endothelium in keratoconus (KC) patients using non-contact specular microscopy. In addition, the correlation between wearing duration of RGP lenses (years & hours /d) and endothelial morphometric changes in KC patients was performed. This may provide more useful data for clinical application of RGP contact lens.

In addition, the correlation between ALCSD and other clinical factors such as age, refractive error, intraocular pressure (IOP), central corneal thickness, anterior chamber depth, axial length, retinal nerve fiber layer thickness, and disk area was also assessed.
Design: This study was a prospective, nonrandomized, cross-sectional, observational, and quantitative study.
Purpose: This study was conducted to compare the corneal endothelial cell density (ECD), morphological features, and central corneal thickness (CCT) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) with age-matched, nondiabetic control subjects using EM-3000 Specular Microscope.
Study Design: This was a prospective, hospital-based, nonrandomized, case-control, observational, and quantitative study.
Subjects And Methods: The study included 57 patients (57 eyes) with type 2 DM and 45 control (nondiabetic) subjects (45 eyes).

Purpose: To evaluate the effect of intravitreal bevacizumab (avastin) injection in cases of neovascular glaucoma.
Study Design: Clinical case series.
Materials And Methods: Sixteen eyes of 16 patients with rubeosis iridis and secondary glaucoma were administered intravitreal injection of bevacizumab (2.
