Comparison of midazolam versus captopril in patients with uncomplicated hypertensive urgency in emergency ward: Double-blind randomized clinical trial.

Background: The urgency of uncomplicated blood pressure (BP) is known as a sudden rise in BP. The aim of this study was to evaluate the intravascular administration of midazolam as an emergency care to control BP against captopril in patients with uncomplicated hypertension (HTN).

Methods: The present study was a double-blind parallel randomized clinical trial (RCT) study that was performed on patients with urgent HTN referred to Imam Hossein Hospital in Shahroud, Iran, in 2018.

Evaluation the accuracy and cost effectiveness of using the Bernese and Ottawa rules in ankle Sprain.

Introduction: Ankle sprain is one of the most common musculoskeletal injuries that occur most commonly in the active and working population. Ottawa and Burns Laws are tools for physicians to determine the need for a radiograph of an ankle injury. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the accuracy of the Ottawa and Bernese criteria in patients with torsion of the foot and the economical savings resulting from the application of these two criteria.

Aim: Due to the importance of occupational burnout and its potentially negative consequences, the aim of this study was to assess occupational burnout and its related factors among Iranian nurses.

Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 205 nurses who were working in two educational hospitals affiliated with Shahroud University of Medical Sciences were included.
