A Case of Metastatic Pulmonary Calcification Detected on 99mTc-MDP Bone Scan and 99mTc-FAPI Scan.

A 59-year-old woman with recent history of weakness, loss of appetite, and significant weight loss was referred for malignancy workup. On the first day, the patient underwent a 99mTc-MDP scan, which revealed diffuse pulmonary uptake in both lungs. Two days later, 99mTc-FAPI scan was performed and showed diffuse pulmonary uptake in the planar and SPECT/CT images.
