Comparative analysis of trifecta and pentafecta outcomes in T1a and T1b renal tumors following robotic partial nephrectomy: a retrospective study.

Purpose: This study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of Trifecta and Pentafecta outcomes between T1a and T1b renal tumors in patients undergoing robotic partial nephrectomy (RAPN). We explore the influence of clinical factors, including the RENAL nephrometry score components, on these outcomes.

Methods: A retrospective single centre study was conducted on 133 patients who underwent RAPN for T1a (n = 51) and T1b (n = 82) renal tumors between 2017 and 2023.

Aim: The primary aim of this study was to validate the reliability, sensitivity and safety profile of novel combination of ICG- methylene blue dye as an SN tracer for PeCa.

Methods: This is a validation and non-randomised prospective observational study involving 25 patients (50 inguinal basins) who underwent SLNB where in ICG and methylene blue were used for localisation. The patients with clinically node negative groins were recruited in the study.

Background: Forgotten ureteral stents (FUS) and stent-related symptoms (SRS) lead to increased postprocedural emergency department visits and add to the psychological and financial burden of the patients.

Purpose: To review the usage and benefits of ureteral stent tracking and symptom monitoring through a single smartphone-based application (App) platform with 2-way clinician-patient communication. This study also compared the features with other smartphone apps used for stent tracking.
