Introduction: Nursing students experience significant academic and clinical stress due to challenging coursework, assessments, and educational demands, as well as the pressures associated with gaining practical healthcare experience. These challenges can lead to anxiety, fear of making errors, and concerns about patient well-being, ultimately impacting students' mental health and their preparation for a nursing career.
Objective: assesses the predictors of academic and clinical stress among nursing students.
Ovarian insufficiency is one of the common reproductive disorders affecting women with limited therapeutic aids. Mesenchymal stem cells have been investigated in such disorders before yet, the exact mechanism of MSCs in ovarian regeneration regarding their epigenetic regulation remains elusive. The current study is to investigate the role of the bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs) lncRNA (Neat-1 and Hotair1) and miRNA (mir-21-5p, mir-144-5p, and mir-664-5p) in mitigating ovarian granulosa cell apoptosis as well as searching BM-MSCs in altering the expression of ovarian and hypothalamic IGF-1 - kisspeptin system in connection to HPG axis in a cyclophosphamide-induced ovarian failure rat model.

Postmenopausal osteoporosis is a common chronic medical illness resulting from an imbalance between bone resorption and bone formation along with microarchitecture degeneration attributed to estrogen deficiency and often accompanied by other medical conditions such as weight gain, depression, and insomnia. Semaglutide (SEM) is a recently introduced GLP-1 receptor agonist (GLP-1RA) for the treatment of obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus by mitigating insulin resistance. It has been discovered that the beneficial effects of GLP-1 are associated with alterations in lipolysis, adipogenesis, and anti-inflammatory processes.

Hyperhomocysteinemia (HHcy) is one of the diseases which may predispose hyperlipidemia and CH. Linagliptin (Lina) and secoisolariciresinol diglucoside (SDG) are known to alleviate a variety of illnesses by reducing oxidative stress and inflammation.

Angiotensin II (Ang II) plays a crucial role in developing cardiac remodelling by inducing energy imbalance, inflammation, oxidative and endoplasmic reticulum stress, and transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β)-induced fibrosis. Ang II directly or through extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) activation impairs AMPK signalling with well-known antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-fibrotic effects.

Fifty male albino rats were used in this experiment, divided into five groups: control, Streptozocin (STZ) diabetic, STZ-diabetic treated with SeNPs, STZ-diabetic treated with BV, and STZ-diabetic treated with SeNPs and BV. Biochemically, STZ injection resulted in a significant increase in serum glucose, BUN, creatinine, CRP, CK-MB, AST, LDH and cardiac troponins with a significant decrease in the serum insulin and albumin concentrations.

Chronic activation of Ang II receptor 1 (AT-1R) impairs multiple cellular targets implicated in cellular protection and survival, including adenosine Monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK) signalling. In addition, it induces oxidative damage, endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress, and fibrotic changes in resistance vessels.
