The current literature on the effect of preoperative nebulization with dexmedetomidine, or ketamine on POST is, however, sparse. So, we compared the effect of preoperative nebulization with these drugs on POST.

We planned this study to evaluate the effect of RM on perioperative oxygenation and postoperative spirometry using PaO/FiO and FEV1/FVC, respectively in patients undergoing RAH.
