Describing youth participatory evaluation of educational interventions as a key domain of the social determinants of health: protocol for a scoping review.

Introduction: is one model for monitoring global outcomes and assessing interventions to improve young people's health equity and well-being while embracing principles of participation and empowerment. Little is known about the use of this approach in practise. This scoping review will identify and synthesise descriptions of how is enacted, to what extent it occurs, and describe the relationship between context and inclusion.

Structural insights into leishmanolysins encoded on chromosome 10 of Leishmania (Viannia) braziliensis.

Background: Leishmanolysins have been described as important parasite virulence factors because of their roles in the infection of promastigotes and resistance to host's defenses. Leishmania (Viannia) braziliensis contains several leishmanolysin genes in its genome, especially in chromosome 10. However, the functional impact of such diversity is not understood, but may be attributed partially to the lack of structural data for proteins from this parasite.
