Cutaneous metastasis from prostate cancer is a rare manifestation, occurring in less than 1% of all cases of prostate cancer. Prostate cancer metastasis occurs most often in lymph nodes and bones. In this study, we present the case of a 55-year-old man with prostate adenocarcinoma and progressive papules on his left chest that developed shortly after androgen deprivation therapy was initiated.
