Primary Splenic Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma: An Atypical Presentation.

Primary splenic diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (PS-DLBCL) is an extremely rare type of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. It typically presents with abdominal pain and a rapidly enlarging mass, often accompanied by B symptoms. Here, we present a rare presentation of PS-DLBCL in a 54-year-old woman who experienced splenomegaly.
