Successful multimodal management of central nervous system solitary fibrous tumor: A case report.

Solitary fibrous tumors (SFTs) are rare neoplasms that can occur in various locations, including the central nervous system (CNS). We present a case report of a 47-year-old male patient with an intracranial SFT who underwent subtotal resection followed by adjuvant radiotherapy. The patient initially presented with chronic left temporal headache and was diagnosed with an intra-axial double-component mass in the left temporoparietal lobe.

Bilateral primary adrenal diffuse large B cell lymphoma: A rare presentation.

Primary lymphoma of the adrenal gland is an uncommon origin of adrenal tumors; it must be explicitly invoked anytime bilateral adrenal affections are revealed. We report a case of bilateral primary adrenal diffuse large B cell lymphoma and perform a review of the literature. Our patient was a 55-year-old man who presented night sweats and a feeling of cardiac palpitations all evolving in a context of deterioration of his general condition.

We report the case of a patient who consulted for primary infertility, with a clinical finding as the only anomaly significantly large uterus, and imaging pointing strongly toward an ovarian multilocular cyst, and in which the discovery of hydatid cyst was accidental intraoperative with double localization uterine and omental.

This pathology is associated with a risk of life-threatening Iatrogenic Renal Vascular Injuries, such as pseudoaneurysm (1%-3%). Metastatic rectal gastrointestinal stromal tumor with intestinal obstruction: A rare case report.

Hydrocele of the canal of Nuck is a rare woman condition often detected during childhood. We here report a rare case of hydrocele detected in adulthood during infertility evaluation. The patient presented with chronic non painful right inguinal swelling.

Recurrent costovertebral hydatidosis with epidural extension.

Osseous echinococcosis is a relatively rare entity and that of the rib is even rare. Few cases of costal echinococcosis have been reported in the literature so far. We report a case of a recurrent costovertebral hydatidosis with epidural extension in a 49-year-old man who presented with paraparesis and back pain.
