Article Synopsis
  • - This systematic review explored the impact of re-warm-up (RWU) protocols on soccer players' performance, focusing on vertical jump height and sprint time, by analyzing selected studies.
  • - Out of 892 studies found, only four were reviewed, and three were included in the meta-analysis, revealing RWU significantly boosts vertical jump height but has a minimal effect on sprint times.
  • - The findings suggest that while RWU is beneficial for actions requiring jumps, more high-quality, consistent studies are needed to better understand its impact on sprint performance.
