Melanoma is a type of cancer that reaches more people in the world, characterized by genetic mutations that trigger the growth of disorganized cells. The diagnosis of skin tumors by invasive techniques has become a risk to the patients, so the search for new non-invasive techniques has been the subject of research in recent years. The objective of this work is to propose a non-invasive method prognosis based on the identification of specific biomarkers of the cancer, known as metabolomics analysis.

This process was observed formation of laryngeal-tracheal tube in embryos that present crown-rump (CR) length of 9.0 mm (20/21 days of pregnancy) at around the fourth gestational week; the organ wall appears to be formed of epithelium comprising several cell layers and supported by mesenchyme.
