Purpose: The purpose of this report from the field is to describe the process by which an multidisciplinary workgroup, selected by the CDC Foundation in partnership with maternal health experts, developed a definition of racism that would be specifically appropriate for inclusion on the Maternal Mortality Review Information Application (MMRIA) form.
Description: In the United States Black women are nearly 4 times more likely to experience a pregnancy-related death. Recent evidence points to racism as a fundamental cause of this inequity.

Objective: Obstetrical providers have had to rapidly rethink how to provide comprehensive prenatal care during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. At our institution, we implemented a risk-stratified approach to incorporating telemedicine into our prenatal care. Study Design: This is a retrospective cohort study of term women with singleton, vertex-presenting fetuses who presented with PROM between July 2016 and June 2017 and were eligible for outpatient expectant management ( = 166). The primary outcomes were time from PROM to delivery and time from admission to delivery.
Introduction: The relationship between gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and postpregnancy mental health disorders has been inconsistently reported. Additionally, race/ethnicity data are limited. We sought to elucidate the intersection of these relationships.
