Background: Uterine tumors resembling ovarian sex-cord tumors are very rare uterine neoplasias that generally behave in a benign manner. We report the case of a uterine tumor resembling an ovarian sex-cord tumor that recurred after hysterectomy.
Case: A 35-year-old nulliparous woman presented with abdominal discomfort, galactorrhea and abnormal vaginal bleeding.
