Methods: The study was performed as an observational cross-sectional analysis. Study participants were outpatients on long-term warfarin therapy for at least 2 months for atrial fibrillation or prosthetic cardiac valves.
We report here the draft genome sequences of strains N4G05 and N5G01, isolated from the human vaginal microbiome. Genome sequences were obtained by assembly from high-quality reads. Both strains were closely related to based on barcode marker sequences and average nucleotide identity analysis.
