Purpose: To describe our experience in treating penile melanoma in 06 patients followed at our institution.
Materials And Methods: Between 2004 and 2012 six consecutive patients with penile melanoma were treated at our Institution. Stage of the disease was classified according to the 2002 AJCC pathologic system.
Sebaceous carcinoma is a very aggressive malignant tumor, derived from the adnexal epithelium of sebaceous glands. Extraocular sebaceous carcinoma is a very uncommon neoplasm usually localized on the head and neck. To our knowledge, there are only 2 previously reported cases of sebaceous carcinoma on the penis.

Purpose: We evaluated the role of primary tumor histopathological features for predicting regional metastasis and the prognosis in patients with penile squamous cell carcinoma.
Materials And Methods: From April 1996 to January 2007, 202 consecutive patients with penile carcinoma underwent surgical treatment at our institution. Of these patients 196 were studied to identify prognostic factors.
